Andrew oversees the information technology operations of all Enterfusion clients. Originally joining Enterfusion as a Systems Technician, Andrew’s ability to solve problems, learn and understand new technologies, and work with a divergent group of technical resources quickly made him an integral part of the business. Directly responsible for Enterfusion’s technical staff, during his tenure, Andrew has created a strong, efficient team that is able to manage 250 users per technician with an average response time under 30 minutes.
